It is our sincere endeavor to provide our customers with reliable and quality products that are free from known defects. We stand by our products and hence provide a Warranty against material and workmanship defects in our devices.
If during the Warranty period, an Olive product fails to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in design, material or workmanship, Olive's authorized service centres in the country/region where you purchased the product, will repair the product free of charge.
The terms of Warranty are mentioned in the Warranty Terms Booklet accompanying the product.
Olive has a tie-up with Redington India Limited, a leading Service Provider in India in the Telecom and IT verticals, for Warranty and After Sales Service Support. Olive provides after sales service through Redington’s nation-wide service network of over 200 fully equipped authorized service centers.
The After Sales Service is provided on carry-in / walk-in basis. All service calls are logged through the Redington CRM.
